WordPress 101 Class Screencast
June 26, 2008
If you are new to WordPress or want to know if it will work for you, you may want to check out this recording of WordPress 101, an introductory class that we held at Citizen Space in the summer of 2008.
WordPress 101 Orientation
This video is about 36 minutes long. The audio is a recording of the people at the class, and the video is a screencast of my laptop screen.

This is an excellent overview of how to use WordPress for your website. I will be passing on to my clients for their own education. Style Master, Firebug, SEO All in One plugin, this could have been 4 posts! Nice job.
Is there a WordPress plugin to clone a site? So for instance, I’ve created a WordPress site for a client that I’m happy with, and I want to have a similar structure/style/layout for another project. Could you use the export feature and then import that into the new project? Just curious.

Michael,
One way to clone a WordPress site is to.
1.Export all from the Manage menu.
2.Next copy the entire wp-content folder which contains your themes and plugi-ns.
3. Fine tune permalinks and other settings.
Sounds like the could be a wordpress cloning plugin? Good question for the WordPress forums.
Thanks for the comment Michael.
